What are your policies on returns and exchange of goods?

  1. We can only afford to entertain exchanges and returns if and when the product is received in a defective state or if the wrong product is delivered. You have 3 working days to inspect your order and inform us if such rare but unfortunate incidents occur. Freight charges for the return and exchange of goods will be borne by the customer.
